Question. Is rock dead? No, rock is not dead. It never was and it probably never will be. Saying that rock is dead is a cop-out. I am responding to an article titled, “We Asked a Top A&R Executive If Rock Is Really Dead,” by Digital Music News. Is rock dead? The topic is a good one, but the people who are tasked to answer this question come up short. And while there are some responses that help to answer this question, the answers don’t suffice. Lorenzo will be heading out on the road in May in support of their latest album, Ignition. The tour, which hits the Midwest and East Coast in May and June, brings the band back to the more conventional style of touring, rather than playing spots dates like they did last year with Fuel. "What's exciting is that we're going to a bunch of places that we have never played. [...]

Lorenzo's long-awaited new album, "Ignition," is out, and as expected, gaining traction at radio. Spearheaded by the group's first single and video, "Not Ready to Say I'm Sorry Yet," Lorenzo has picked up airplay heavily in the midwest and east, including Canada. Spins have been steadily increasing and there is no reason why the momentum won't continue into the western region.Led by singer/guitarist, Marko, the band has been redefined over the last year with the likes of Stuart McConnell (guitar), Aaron Farrier (drums) [...]
