If you weren’t paying attention, you would think that Kane Churko is strictly a rock producer who only understands one genre of music: Rock.

But that’s not the case.

Churko has strong roots in pop, partly from growing up with his dad, producer, Kevin Churko. Kane’s affinity with pop music is apparent from some of the bands he’s been in, including Mr. Kane and Modern Science.

In a recent article in the Las Vegas Weekly, Churko talks about riding the wave of rock, but really coming from a pop world.
