The ongoing dialogue by Simmons and others on this topic fascinates me, because the lack of song quality in today's rock acts rarely, if ever, enters the conversation in this debate. Bad Wolves have hit number one at Active Rock with their cover of The Cranberries song, "Zombie." The track, mixed by Kane Churko, received traction at rock radio almost out of the gate when the song was released last January. "Zombie" is also in the top five of Billboards's Hot Rock Songs.
