New Memphis May Fire Album Out Now, Kane Churko Co-Wrote, Produced

The new Memphis May Fire album, Broken, has been released and was co-written and produced by Kane Churko. Churko co-wrote all 10 tracks on the record and was recorded at The Hideout Studio.The first single is "The Old Me."  The album features rapper Andy Mineo on the track, "Heavy is the Weight." Churko also co-wrote, "Virus," a one-off single previous to the release of Broken. #MemphisMayFire

Kane Churko Has #1 Album with One OK Rock’s Latest

One OK Rock, an immensely popular band from Japan, released their Ambitions album at the top of 2017 and practically had a platinum album in it's debut week. Kane Churko, who has two co-writes on the record, also produced. While the album's release in the U.S. does not include Churko's co-writes, "Make It Out Alive" and "Lost in Tonight," the album has gone double platinum (500,000) in the group's homeland. This is also Churko's first number one in Japan. #OneOKRock

Team Churko Projects Due in 2017

Some of the work Kevin and Kane Churko did in 2016 and earlier this year will be put on display later in 2017. First, Kevin produced and co-wrote on the upcoming In This Moment album, Half God/Half Devil. The album's first single, "Oh Lord," is due out later this Spring, with Devil releasing sometime in the Summer. Five Finger Death Punch recorded their new release with the Churkos, finishing their yet-untitled album (while no one was looking) over the Christmas holiday. Carrying the Torch for Rock

If you weren't paying attention, you would just assume that Kane Churko is a rock producer who only understands one genre of music: Rock. But that is not the case. Churko comes from a very pop music direction, growing up with his dad, producer Kevin Churko, and being in pop bands, such as Mr. Kane and Modern Science. Disturbed and Five Finger Death Punch Have Stranglehold on Rock Radio

The two songs at the top of at least two rock charts have become very familiar over the last month or so, as Disturbed and Five Finger Death Punch (pictured above) command those positions. Disturbed to Release New Album Recorded by the Churkos

After a five year hiatus, Disturbed are back with a new album.The Chicago quartet chose to (not so) quietly step into Kevin and Kane Churko's The Hideout towards the end of last year and record 19 songs, which culminated in Immortalized, due out August 21, according to the band's website. Kevin helmed the sessions and is credited with co-writing all the songs.The lead track is "The Vengeful One," and based on some Disturbed Ones' reaction, the news of a new album is happily welcomed.

In This Moment Coming Out with New Album, Black Widow

In This Moment has completed its follow-up to Blood, with Black Widow.  The new set, recorded at The Hideout, is due out November 18 and was co-written with Kevin and Kane Churko, with Kevin, once again, behind the board.    Churko Sr. has co-written and produced the last three ITM records.The first single, "Sick Like Me," was released digitally, September 9.  While ITM's new label, Atlantic Records, is gearing up for the release of Widow, the band is back on the road, beginning in October.

Gemini Syndrome’s New Album Co-Written and Produced by Kevin Churko
